only one side will close when i press the botton anyone got any advice how i can get them all to work

The runner track could be dirty or broken, the slider linear motor pick up could be broken. Remove and check the rail and gntly clean -BE CAREFUL it is a fragile film stuck on the inside of the rail. I use a gentle household cleaner and a cotton bud or two. Replace the motors only and see if they work without the curtain. Try them in the closed position and see if they move.

If they do whizz then up and down a few times and then add the curtains.

If not check with a circuit tester that power is getting to the rail.
