Hey all, m new in the forum from Mombasa Kenya here I have a 2L-TE 1993 150000km which has developed some squeaky front suspension sound when going on bumps or rough roads, I have recently changed the shocks,the bushes but no success.any suggestions or comments guys?

Hi Velarni - mine occasionally squeaks when the road is dry and conditions are hot - its hardly a problem here in Scotland so I'm letting it develop. I've also changed the shocks and a wishbone.

Just squirt some silicon spray over any bushed joint, may work?

Its probably hitting the rubber bump stops...silcone as Clive says. preferably silcone grease from a tube as the spray can easily drift onto the discs

check anti-roll bar linkages?

Hey thanks turns out it was the antiroll bar bushes that were worn out I replace them but they were not original parts so got custom nylon bushes to replace them..thanx loads

Im getting noises from the air ride

As I have lowered my van I get a lot of groaning from the passenger seat when we hit big bumps!!!

there is a simple solution for that one

theres the door use it lol my misses is the same but mine is a 4wd and it aint lowered lol its got the auto air ride suspension shit so it goes hard and soft all the time

its funney she winges when its floaty but then winges when its hard lol

her old car was worse but it was hers so she didn't winge lol
