 HELP, VAN HAS GOT URANIL TRACK INFECTION

WITH ENGINE RUNNING ITS DRIPPING OUT DIESAL UNDER IT...

Van has done 120,000 Kms , its got a 2.8 (3L?)

only lecks while running, Drives fine , but leaves a trail of spots on the road..


From the top everything looks fine and is nice and clean and dry..

But I can see a wet engine block

I rung toyota here and they said ..Lecking diesal pump approx $1800 to repair....

Please tell me it ant so...
last Engine repair was $5000 about 4 years ago

Have been quote change out of $15,000 to repower it with a nissan Vh41DE fulley certed and road legal...after conversion done....

put your hand under pump , if it's wet with diesel it is leaking, check all fuel lines and connections.

A lot of pumps had the same problem here after they took the lead out of diesel.$26 drand is more than our van is worth Sad

I thought it was sulphur they took out of diesel Neutral any chance there's been veg oil used as fuel? It tends to damage the older pump seals - newer pump seals are green coloured and take biofuel
