 Heater Blower Low Output

Can anyone help. My 1991 LH100 2.4 has aproblem. The heater is getting nice and hot but the blower doesn't appear to doing much. It's making all the right noises , but doesn't push out much air. It used to be very effective , we've had it over 3 winters but this year is a bit c--p ! The rear matrix is blocked but the front is fine and there are no airlocks. Is there a particle / pollen filter fitted? If so , where is it? if not, whats the solution. Thanks in advance !! scratch
