Can anyone help? I need to change a headlight bulb and for the life of me can't get access to the rear of it. I've managed to remove the indicator unit which allows access to the sidelight but after removing a number of screws, the sidelight just won't shift. Are there additional screws somewhere, is it sprung loaded or just requires a certain knack to remove it?
I believe you have to remove the front grill to get to the head lights. Is this right?

Its a bugger of a job!!
The grill cover is fixed with push pins so theoretically should pull off when you get the indicators off.
Take your time and try and locate the pins so you don't bend the grill.
When you put it back use copper grease on the pins so it will come off easier in future.
Have done it and it is a slow job the first time- dont forget to set the headlight beam before putting the grill back on as some bulbs have offset elements!!

I have a blown headlight bulb in my 1991 Supercustom.
I have read the previous posts and link but don't seem to be able to get to first base with the removal of the indicator unit.
I have removed the plate on the door pillar but can't see the screw referred to.
Can you help.
