Has anyone replaced all the coolant hoses on their SC. Sounds a bit extreme, I know, but if the hoses on my SC are original then they are getting on for 20 years old!

I am wondering if there is somewhere in the UK they an be bought other than Toyota.

Generic pipe is available but its worth pricing the toyota items just in case...when I put a new top hose on I was fairly shocked by how cheap the part from Toyota was!.... its worth checking!
Also...when I renewed vac tube the generic stuff was nowhere near the toyota quality...ie: starts cracking after 2 yrs rather than 15+.
For generic try ebay 'coolant hose' ....add 'silicone coolant hose' for more choice

Good question...certainly pricier. Don't really know though...maybe more resistant to oils and high temps?.... silicon doesn't appear to degrade as quick as rubber.
The toyota top hose was maybe 6 or so...I think thats good value for the quality
