Nice pics, what was fuel consumption going to Broken Hill.
Do you get any problems with getting bogged in soft sand

No worries - the most i got out of the tank was 510km and when i filled up it took 63ltr - i only got caught out once and had to use the 20 ltr jerry during the trip that was from Sydney to Melbourne to Adilade to Broken Hill and back to Sydney about 6500kms worth. I thought it would have been better on the fuel but did have a ton of stuff in the back and the air con was flat out and roof racks as well. Oh and yeah and i did get bogged once in the sand on a track near Great Ocean road - once again it was the ground clearance it was completely sitting on its undercarrage - nothin like diggin yourself out though. Yes had mattress in da back - very comfy gazzing out at the stars through the moonroofs. And finally - 600 HP MAXimus last of the V8 interceptors - that pic was on Mundi Mundi lookout where they had Mad Max 2.

The road beside the lookout is where the truck was crashed that max got to tow the tanker in Mad Max 2.

We bought a Cruiser in Adelaide and took the scenic route home to Noosa 3 years ago.

Mundi Mundi lookout looking back towards Silverton.

One of my favourite trucks as well, had the R model Mack (that one) in one flick and the B model in another. We owned and operated both at one time Smile Good screen grab by the way
I also like the Telstra towbar come step on your SC srburnsy.

Yeah Telstra tow bar/step came off my old 96 mod comercial hiace, not the prettiest set up but real solid and practical - also saved the back when a lady in a Nissan pathfinder ran up my ass a few months ago - only put a small dent in the step part.
