| Hi. Having seen your kind and helpfull pics of the owners manual popsted some time ago, would you possibly be able to also do - if in the manual - how one removes the rear seats (without unbolting the complete works and rail system?) ? I have a 1994 3L Turbo Diesel 4x4 super custom. There is a sticker in the rear that shows that it somehow comes out with some tool or other (Ithink) but it is all in Japanese and thus greek to me ....
Could you also kindly explain perhaps what the ECT swith actually does ?? |

| Hi Dane.
I have taken the rear seats out a couple of times but unfortunatley it does leave the sliding mechanism in the rail on the floor. There are 4 bolts per side and the seat lifts out. The seat lifts off of the rail slide. (be carefull with the wire that releaes the seat so it slides) Also its quite heavy.
The Ect switch allows the engine to rev higher before changin to a diffrent gear. Hope this helps. |
